| 10U (2015) - Squirt Major | $4,250* |
| 11U (2014) - Pee Wee Minor | $4,400* |
| 12U (2013) - Pee Wee Major | $4,800* |
| 13U (2012) - Bantam Minor | $5,500* |
*All fees are subject to change based on roster size. Total costs will be finalized after tryouts.
